PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND FOLLOW-UP
Owners Greg and Kris are personally involved in each stage of every project. Expect daily site visits from one or both of them to ensure every step is done right and on time. To increase communication and efficiency, we use email whenever possible, and share duplicate home-owners manuals with each client to track every decision and serve as the overall project roadmap.
HOME MAINTENANCE
Our comprehensive home maintenance program offers four full seasons of support:
- Two annual home inspections.
- Follow-up reports and recommendations.
- Monthly service plans.
- Household supervision when you're out of town.
- Service calls at your request.
The first home inspection is complimentary for all Stonehearth clients.
