Construction Process

This stage is critical to the success of the project. Our approach is unique in that before construction begins, we meet with you to discuss your ideas, goals and ultimate project vision. We ask a series of questions and put together a list of project objectives, in order of priority. Together we will develop a plan that fits your wants and needs, as well as your budget. Throughout the design process we work together with an architect or draftsman, as well as a network of subcontractors and suppliers to come up with a final design that ultimately results in the successful realization of your goals.

Owners Greg and Kris remain personally involved on every project from start to finish. You can expect daily site visits from one or both of them to ensure each stage of construction is done right and on time. Frequent updates are provided along the way to keep you up-to-date, and to insure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
